About Me

My journey in the realm of advertising and events began under the mentorship advertising and events maestros in Sri Lanka; sparking a passion that has driven my career ever since. With over 20+ years of experience, I’ve navigated a dynamic career path that has taken me across continents and cultures. From the vibrant landscapes of Sri Lanka to the cosmopolitan hub of Dubai, I’ve honed my craft amidst diverse backdrops, enriching expertise along the way.

From Tele-Cine, Nelu’s , Event Productions to GREY Worldwide, and the American Embassy in Sri Lanka, I’ve amassed a comprehensive skill set spanning ATL, BTL, electronic media, digital & social media, and above all, I have mastered the art and science of EVENTS. Blending my global exposure with local sensibilities, I’ve collaborated with esteemed international brands such as Audi and Microsoft in the UAE. In Sri Lanka, I’ve had the honour of managing some of the nation’s most prestigious EVENTS including representing The National Chamber of Exporters (NCE) at Expo 2020 Dubai.

Gifted with a kaleidoscope of talents, be it the lens of a camera, the stroke of a pen, or the palette of design, I transcend the traditional role of ‘advertising & events marketer’ to elevate client expectations, deliver beyond the basic and execute events with extraordinary finesse, from concept to production and execution.

Event Management – Where Event Production & Brand attributes come together for a ‘reason’.

Producing an event for a ‘reason’, a reason that demonstrates a ‘brand’ and its values is a tasteful art. It needs to be carefully crafted with the right mix of tools- both technical and creative. Every event is about giving the audience a memorabilia to take away; a blend of pleasure and knowledge.

The event spend alone should not be deciding the magnitude of the event, the ‘feeling’ of having the audience revitalized with the concept being alluring to them goes a long way in a successful event. Like a skilled baker makes a stunning and delightful cake with the appropriate ingredients and fine sugar crafts, an events manager also must mix the core production ingredients and the décor to deliver a phenomenal event.
